From 2001 to 2003, completed the R&D and production of LM3-LM60 series. From 2003 to 2005, completed the compact KH series linear bearings, full range of flanged linear bearings, and SC, SBR linear bearing motion units. From 2009 to 2012, completed self-aligning silent super linear bearings. Advantages: Fully CNC-controlled production process ensures product precision significantly exceeds international manufacturing standards. Adopts internationally standard flange welding technology to guarantee flanged bearings remain permanently deformation-free and never loosen. Nickel plating thickness of 0.01mm ensures corrosion resistance of flanged bearings. The only factory in the domestic linear bearing industry equipped with its own high-level mold design and manufacturing team as well as high-precision mold manufacturing equipment, ensuring product development and manufacturing capabilities while enabling technical personnel to gain deeper understanding of various precision specifications of linear bearings. The only domestic linear bearing manufacturer to adopt high-precision, high-load Dong'e G10 grade steel balls. Each linear bearing contains 100-200 steel balls, and a defect in a single ball can cause failure of the entire bearing, consequently leading to machine failure. Retainer plastics and SC linear bearing motion units are made of imported virgin materials to ensure material performance, thereby guaranteeing product service life far exceeding standard requirements.
