Since 1950, FYH has been manufacturing PILLOW BLOCK (pillow block rolling bearings). Over the years, it has grown into a specialized manufacturer of pillow block rolling bearings that supports global industrial development. The production facilities, equipped with advanced technology, employ FYH's unique self-aligning bearing manufacturing lines, with fully automated processes from machining to quality inspection. Furthermore, the tolerances for bearing superfinishing are stricter than Japanese Industrial Standards, enabling FYH brand bearings to perform under demanding conditions such as high-speed rotation. With approximately 700 standard bearing types and around 300 housing types, various combinations yield thousands of bearing units, making significant contributions to the manufacturing industry. Leveraging its strengths as a specialized manufacturer, FYH produces not only standard products but also pillow block rolling bearings designed to withstand harsh environments, including heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and dust-proof variants. In recent years, to meet diverse customer needs, FYH has successively introduced compact and lightweight bearing units (Clean Series), stainless steel series, ceramic series, and other product lines, all of which have received high acclaim. Since FYH manufactures bearings and housings in-house from materials to finished products, it has consistently been a pioneer in bearing unit technology design. The "J Fit," achieved through FYH's unique housing bore machining, represents an ideal fit between bearings and housings, with tighter tolerances for housing bore roundness and sphericity compared to other manufacturers. This distinctive feature enables bearing units to withstand loads, wear, and vibration from all directions, extending bearing service life. Moreover, this unique "J Fit" ensures 100% interchangeability, allowing any bearing to be freely replaced with any type of housing. In 2012, building on its long-standing ball bearing production, FYH began manufacturing self-aligning roller bearing units. Unlike split plummer block housings, these units are integrated assemblies that not only facilitate easy installation but also deliver long-term performance under various demanding conditions, promising contributions across diverse industrial sectors.
